- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If your event is cancelled or rescheduled, we need at least 2 weeks' notice before the event date for your deposit to be transferable.
- A transferred deposit must be used within 30 days toward the rescheduled event or a new event.
- Scheduling a new event requires a new consultation, and the deposit may increase depending on the event details.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. The Panel Live never sees or stores your card details.
